Privacy policy
Last updated September 2026
This is written to be read, not skimmed past. It covers what Deep Value collects when you use this site, why, and what you can do about it.
What we collect
When you request the guide, we ask for:
- Your email address (and first name, if you gave it), so we can send you the guide and your links.
- Whether you ticked the consent box, and the date and time you did, along with your IP address and browser type. We keep that as proof you agreed to hear from us.
- How you got here: the page that linked to us and any tracking tags in the link (for example, which post you came from). This tells us which posts are useful.
When you read the guide online, a small cookie remembers that you have access so you do not need a password. Your progress checkboxes are stored in your own browser and never sent to us.
We use Vercel Analytics to count visits. It does not use cookies or track you across sites. If we turn on advertising measurement (a Meta or X pixel), those companies may set cookies to measure whether an ad led to a sign-up. They are off unless we switch them on.
Texts
We don't send texts right now. If that ever changes, we will ask for your number and your permission first, separately.
Why we collect it
- To send you the guide, your links, and occasional emails about it.
- To see which posts and videos bring people here, so we can make more of what works.
- To keep the site working and stop bots and abuse.
- Later, to offer you a paid version of the guide if we make one. You can say no.
Who else sees it
The companies that run this site for us: web hosting, email delivery, analytics, payment processing (Whop, which handles the card and sends the receipt), and, if we use one, a customer relationship tool that stores our list. They process your information for us and are not allowed to use it for anything else. We do not sell your information. We do not share it with other brands or creators.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to delete it, or until we stop running the list. Records of consent are kept as long as the law requires.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from emails any time: reply with the word stop, or use the link at the bottom of any email.
- Ask to see, correct, or delete what we have about you by replying to any of our emails.
Children
This site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will update the date at the top and, for big changes, tell you by email.
